Sandvik Dieflex Evo flat bed cutting rule

Sandvik Dieflex Evo is a self-leveling flat bed cutting rule developed to reduce make ready for converters. Designed to self level in the platen, Sandvik Dieflex Evo moulds perfectly to accommodate high and low spots within the press. Its use can almost totally eliminate the need for patch up while the cutting edge remains razor sharp providing optimal die cutting every time.

Proven performance

Extensive industry trials of Sandvik Dieflex Evo cutting rule have all shown evidence of increased output based on a reduction of patch up time. One of our trial participants found that with the time savings offered by Sandvik Dieflex Evo self-leveling rule they could save up to €16,500 ($21,700, £13,900) on one machine in a year.

The trials showed a significant increase in the number of impressions achieved with Sandvik Dieflex Evo self-leveling rule in an 8 hour shift. Results indicate an increase of between 2,000 and 10,500 impressions per shift.
