Sandvik NiCu30Fe (Wire)
Datasheet updated 2013-02-18 14:23:37 (supersedes all previous editions)
Sandvik NiCu30Fe is a nickel-copper (NiCu) based alloy with very good corrosion resistance to several media containing chlorides and alkalis and acid environments such as sulphuric, hydrochloric and hydrofluoric acids. The grade has good mechanical and fabrication properties.
Sandvik NiCu30Fe is recommended for use under certain conditions in, for example, sea water or in the manufacture of special sealing joints for the petrochemical industry. Since this alloy has a low carbon content, it facilitates cold fabrication and is being largely applied in the production of eyeglass frames and electric/electronic components.
